研究目的：

调查胸腔镜手术中双腔支气管导管置入反位的发生率，探讨相关危险因素并构建胸腔镜手术中双腔支气管导管置入反位的预测模型，提供更个体化的双腔支气管导管置入操作策略。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the incidence of dual-lumen endobronchial tube malposition during thoracoscopic surgery, explore related risk factors, and construct a prediction model for dual-lumen endobronchial tube malposition during thoracoscopic surgery, providing more individualized strategies for dual-lumen endobronchial tube placement.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18岁-80岁； 2.择期行全麻下行左型双腔支气管导管置入的胸腔镜手术；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age range: 18-80 years old; 2.Elective left-sided double-lumen tracheal tube placement thoracoscopic surgery under general anesthesia;

排除标准：

1.因肺大泡行楔形切除术； 2.术前胸部CT数据缺失； 3.一个月内参与其他研究；

Exclusion criteria：

1.A wedge resection was performed for pulmonary bulla; 2.Pre-operative chest CT data was missing; 3.Participated in other studies within one month.
