Objectives of Study：

The Efficacy and Adverse Reactions of Fire Needling and Acid Peeling in the Treatment of Acne

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合西医诊断标准及Pillsbury分类法II～III级； （2）年龄14～40岁； （3）在治疗前30天内未使用与本疾病有关的口服药物，并且在7天内未使用与本疾病有关的外用药； （4）自愿参加并知情同意者

Inclusion criteria

1.Meeting the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and classified as Grade II–III according to the Pillsbury classification. 2.Age between 14 and 40 years. 3.Have not used any oral medication related to this condition within the past 30 days and no topical medication related to this condition within the past 7 days 4.Voluntarily participating with informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）妊娠期或哺乳期妇女，近3月对生育有要求的妇女； （2）面部患有可能引起病情加重的其他皮肤疾病，如严重脂溢性皮炎、玫瑰痤疮或其他皮炎湿疹类皮肤病以及活动性单纯疱疹、白癜风病、银屑病的患者； （3）患有严重原发性疾病，例如心血管，脑血管，肝，肾和造血系统的患者，精神疾病等； （4）晕针者、畏针者、过敏体质者、瘢痕体质者； （5）不配合治疗者； （6）化学物质所致的职业性痤疮，药物所致痤疮； （7）对本研究所使用药物过敏者；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pregnant or breastfeeding women, or women who have fertility-related requirements in the past three months; (2) Individuals with other skin conditions on the face that may worsen the condition, such as severe seborrheic dermatitis, rosacea, other dermatitis or eczema-like skin diseases, and active herpes simplex, vitiligo, or psoriasis; (3) Individuals with serious underlying diseases, such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, and hematological system diseases, or mental disorders; (4) Individuals who are afraid of needles, have needle phobia, are allergic, or have a tendency to form keloids; (5) Individuals who do not cooperate with the treatment; (6) Occupational acne caused by chemical substances or drug-induced acne; (7) Individuals who are allergic to the medications used in this study.

右手拇、食、中指持1ml无菌注射器针头，置针于火焰的外焰，先加热针体，再加热针尖，把针烧至发白。选好进针点，右手运用手腕力量，持针迅速垂直刺入皮损顶部，针刺深度以针尖透过皮肤病变组织，未接触正常组织为宜。

Intervention：

Hold a 1ml sterile syringe needle with the thumb, index, and middle fingers of the right hand. Place the needle in the outer flame of the fire, first heating the needle body and then the needle tip until the tip turns white. Select the appropriate insertion point, then, using wrist movement, quickly and vertically insert the needle into the top of the lesion. The depth of the needle should be such that the tip passes through the diseased tissue without contacting the normal tissue.
