研究目的：

本研究以高校大学生群体为研究对象，通过 1:1 的配对研究设计，旨在观察长期运动和长期久坐行为对大学生执行功能的影响；并通过脑功能 fNIRS 成像技术，探讨长期有氧运动对大学生执行功能的潜在效应机制；为后期对长期久坐大学生提供相应运动干预提供前期研究基础和依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study focuses on the group of college students and aims to observe the effects of long-term exercise and sedentary behavior on executive function of college students through a 1:1 paired study design; And explore the potential mechanism of long-term aerobic exercise on executive function in college students through fNIRS imaging technology of brain function; To provide a preliminary research foundation and basis for providing corresponding exercise interventions for long-term sedentary college students in the later stage.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）长期有氧运动组 1）年龄在 18-25 岁 2）长期规律性运动锻炼 1 年以上，每周锻炼≥3 次，每次锻炼≥30 分钟 3）右利手 4）受试者知情并志愿签署知情同意书 （2）长期不运动组 1）年龄在 18-25 岁 2）累计久坐时长≥8h/天,中等到高强度身体活动<150 分钟/周 3）右利手 4）受试者知情并志愿签署知情同意书 两组研究对象在年龄、性别、体重指数等比例上相匹配

Inclusion criteria

(1) Long term aerobic exercise group 1) Aged between 18 and 25 years old 2) Long term regular exercise for more than 1 year, exercise at least 3 times a week, and exercise for at least 30 minutes each time 3) Right handedness 4) Subject is informed and voluntarily signs informed consent form (2) Long-term inactive group 1) Aged between 18 and 25 years old 2) Accumulated sedentary time >= 8 hours/day, moderate intensity physical activity MVPA<150 minutes/week 3) Right handedness 4) Subject is informed and voluntarily signs informed consent form Two groups of research subjects are matched in terms of age, gender, body mass index, and other proportions

排除标准：

（1）抑郁自评量表（SDS）≥53 分； （2）存在认知障碍、中风或短暂性缺血发作、癫痈或其他神经疾病史； （3）存在 fNIRS 禁忌症，如头部(嘴外)金属(如弹片、手术夹或焊接或金属制品碎片)或敏感头皮； （4）同期参加其他临床试验患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Self Rating Depression Scale (SDS) >= 53 points; (2) Having a history of cognitive impairment, stroke or transient ischemic attack, epilepsy or other neurological disorders; (3) There are contraindications for fNIRS, such as head (out of mouth) metal (such as shrapnel, surgical clips or welding or metal product fragments) or sensitive scalp; (4) Patients participating in other clinical trials during the same period.
