研究目的：

探讨四种新型血栓分子标志物与消渴病血瘀证病机证型之间的相关关系；探讨四种新型血栓分子标志物作为消渴病血瘀证中医辨证论治客观化依据的可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the relationship between four new molecular markers of thrombosis and syndrome of blood stasis of diabetes; Objective: To explore the possibility of four new molecular markers of thrombosis as the objective basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment of diabetes mellitus with syndrome of blood stasis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄50岁-80岁； 2.符合西医2型糖尿病的诊断标准； 3.患者住院期间，已确诊2型糖尿病，并符合2型糖尿病的分期和中医证型诊断标准，且病历资料完整； 4.愿意接受研究方案，并同意进行有关检查； 5.自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged 50-80 years; 2.The patient meets the Western medical diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes; 3.During the patient's hospitalization, T2DR has been confirmed and should meet the staging and TCM syndrome diagnosis criteria of T2DR, and the medical records must be complete. 4. Willing to accept the research plan and agree to undergo relevant examinations; 5. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.伴有糖尿病酮症、糖尿病高渗昏迷等急性并发症； 2.近期有创伤、手术等各种应激状态； 3.伴有急慢性感染，如呼吸道感染、泌尿系感染； 4.伴有肝炎、肝硬化、肝癌、肺炎、慢性阻塞性肺疾病及肺癌等肝肺疾病； 5.伴有严重肾功能不全、心脑血管疾病或周围疾病者，如心功能不全、冠状动脉粥硬化性心脏病、高血压病、脑梗死、脑出血； 6.合并其他内分泌代谢性疾病，如甲状腺、垂体等疾病； 7.患有严重黄斑变性、白内障、眼底动脉硬化、出血、葡萄膜炎等眼部其他疾病； 8.长期服用糖皮质激素或最近曾使用大剂量激素； 9.患有妊娠糖尿病、1型糖尿病和其他特殊类型糖尿病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with acute complications such as diabetes ketone, diabetic hypertension and coma; 2. Those who have recently trauma, surgery and other stresses; 3. Those with acute and chronic infections, such as respiratory tract infections, urinary infections, etc.; 4. With hepatitis, cirrhosis of liver, liver cancer, pneumonia, COPD and lung cancer and other liver and lung diseases; 5. With serious renal insufficiency, cardio-cerebrovascular disorders or peripheral disorders, such as cardiac insufficiency, coronary artery disease, hypertensive disease, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage; 6. Merge other endocrine metabolic diseases, such as thyroid, pituitary and other diseases; 7. Severe macular degeneration, cataract, underground arteriosclerosis, bleeding, uveitis and other diseases; 8. Patients with long -term use of glucocorticoids or patients with large doses of hormones have been used for a long time; 9. People with gestational diabetes mellitus, type 1 diabetes mellitus and other special types of diabetes mellitus.
