研究目的：

该项研究的主要目的是评价纳米亚甲基蓝/纳米亚甲基蓝-碘油复合剂对肝脏术中染色的效能和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

The main objective of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of nanomethylene-blue/nanomethylene-blue-iodide complex for intraoperative liver staining.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

患者均依据 2022 年 NCCN 指南对原发性肝癌诊断标准诊断原发性肝癌; 患者一般情况良好， 肝功能分级处于 A ～ B 级， 预计可耐受手术; 经吲哚菁绿排泄试验( ICG) 提示 ICG Ｒ15 清除率均＜15% 。

Inclusion criteria

All patients were diagnosed with primary liver cancer according to the 2022 NCCN guidelines for primary liver cancer diagnosis criteria. The patient is generally in good condition with liver function grade A to B and is expected to tolerate surgery. Indocyanine green excretion test (ICG) indicated that the clearance rate of ICG R15 was less than 15%.

排除标准：

排除合并脏器功能障碍患者; 排除合并其他肿瘤疾病或存在手术禁忌证患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclude patients with complicated organ dysfunction; Patients with other tumor diseases or surgical contraindications were excluded.
