研究目的：

本试验拟通过在BIS监测下调控麻醉深度，观察其对结直肠癌患者术后淋巴细胞亚群的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

本试验拟通过在BIS监测下调控麻醉深度观察其对结直肠癌患者术后淋巴细胞亚群的影响

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 18≤年龄≤75岁，性别不限；
2.美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）评分为I级~III级；
3.体重指数（BMI）：18 ~30 kg/m2；
4.无其他恶性肿瘤病史，术前两周内无输血史；
5.术前未进行放化疗，未使用免疫抑制剂者；
6.行择期腹腔镜下结直肠癌手术，预计手术时间不低于1小时；
7.小学及以上文凭，可以完成量表测量者；
8.清楚了解、自愿参加该项研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. 18 ≤ age ≤ 75 years old, gender unlimited;
2. The score of American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) is from grade I to grade III;
3. Body mass index (BMI): 18~30 kg/m2;
4. No history of other malignant tumors and no blood transfusion history within two weeks before operation;
5. Those who did not undergo radiotherapy and chemotherapy before operation and did not use immunosuppressants;
6. Perform elective laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer, and the estimated operation time is not less than 1 hour;
7. Primary school diploma or above, who can complete the scale measurement;
8. Clearly understand and voluntarily participate in the study, and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.急诊手术、低血容量、 休克或者昏迷状态；
2.合并严重的心脑血管、肝、肾、精神类疾病史；
3.术前两周内有免疫抑制剂及抗炎药物使用史
4.术前存在放化疗史，肿瘤已有远处转移者；
5.不能完成量表测量者；
6.研究者认为不宜参加此试验的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Emergency surgery, hypovolemia, shock or coma;
2. History of severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and psychiatric diseases;
3. Have a history of using immunosuppressive and anti-inflammatory drugs within two weeks before operation
4. Patients who have a history of radiotherapy and chemotherapy before operation and have distant metastasis of tumor;
5. Those who cannot complete the scale measurement;
6. Other circumstances in which the researcher considers it inappropriate to participate in this test.
