研究目的：

通过较大规模横断面设计，纳入本院接受抗VEGF治疗的wAMD人群，从较大范围临床变量中筛选可能的危险因素，基于决策树算法构建基于常见临床变量与抗VEGF治疗后结局变量之间关系的临床预测模型，并进行验证，所获结果以期能够实现wAMD高危人群的早期筛选以及抗VEGF治疗后无应答结局发生的预测  

Objectives of Study：

Through a large-scale cross-sectional design, the wAMD population receiving anti VEGF treatment in our hospital was included. Possible risk factors were screened from a wide range of clinical variables, and a clinical prediction model based on the relationship between common clinical variables and outcome variables after anti VEGF treatment was constructed using decision tree algorithm and validated. The results obtained aim to achieve early screening of wAMD high-risk populations and prediction of non responsive outcomes after anti VEGF treatment

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.a.年龄≥18岁；
2.b.wAMD 诊断标准参照《美国眼科学会 年龄相关性黄斑变性临床指南（2019版）》；
3.c. 所有患眼均行玻璃 体腔注射抗VEGF药物治疗，每月1次，连续3个月；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >=18 years old; 2.The diagnostic criteria for wAMD refer to the American Academy of Ophthalmology Clinical Guidelines for Age Related Macular Degeneration (2019 Edition); 3. All affected eyes were treated with intravitreal injection of anti VEGF drugs once a month for three consecutive months.

排除标准：

1.a.晶状体混浊程度影响眼底检查；
2.b.合并严重心肺疾 病、各种慢病加速恶化期；
3.c.曾行眼底激光或内眼手术治疗者；
4.d. 患有闭角型青光眼不宜行散瞳检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.The degree of lens opacity affects fundus examination; 2.Merge severe cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases, and accelerate the deterioration of various chronic diseases; 3.Those who have undergone fundus laser or intraocular surgery treatment before; 4.Patients with angle closure glaucoma should not undergo dilated pupil examination.
