研究目的：

通过多中心前瞻性队列研究，对比是否使用西维来司他钠治疗对脓毒症急性肺损伤患者的免疫功能有改善（中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞计数百分比、γ干扰素、转化生长因子-β、血栓调节蛋白、组蛋白、游离DNA、中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶、髓过氧化物酶）、预后和药物安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the improvement in immune function (percent neutrophil/lymphocyte count, interferon γ, transforming growth factor-β, thromboregulatory protein, histone, celluloprotein, celluloprotein, celluloprotein, cellulolastase, neutrophil elastase, myeloperoxidase), prognosis, and drug safety in patients with acute lung injury with sepsis, through a multicenter prospective cohort study.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合脓毒症 3.0 标准〔感染或疑似感染 +序贯器官衰竭评分（SOFA）≥ 2 分〕；氧合指数≤300mmHg；自愿参加本次试验并取得知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

Meet sepsis 3.0 criteria (infection or suspected infection + sequential organ failure score (SOFA) ≥ 2); Oxygenation index≤ 300mmHg; Voluntary participation in this trial and informed consent.

排除标准：

妊娠期、哺乳期女性或可能处于妊娠中的女性；对研究药物过敏的患者；用药时间少于7 天及住院时间少于7天；有以下疾病史的患者：严重心、肺、肾、肝脏功能不全或免疫疾病的患者；近6个月内使用激素、免疫抑制剂等药物治疗或者有器官移植的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Women who are pregnant, nursing, or may be pregnant; Patients who are allergic to the study drug; less than 7 days of medication and less than 7 days of hospital stay; Patients with a history of the following diseases: patients with severe heart, lung, renal, and hepatic insufficiency or immune disorders; Patients who have been treated with hormones, immunosuppressants and other drugs or have had organ transplantation within the past 6 months.
