研究目的：

1.评价尿[TIMP-2]*[IGFBP7]对胸腹大手术后新发AKI患者早期肾功能恢复的预测价值； 2.评价尿[TIMP-2]*[IGFBP7]对胸腹大手术后新发AKI患者28天全因病死率的预测价值。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the predictive value of urine [TIMP-2]*[IGFBP7] in the early recovery of renal function in new AKI patients after thoracic and abdominal surgery; 2. To evaluate the predictive value of urine [TIMP-2]*[IGFBP7] on 28 day all-cause mortality of new AKI patients after thoracic and abdominal surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 成人胸腹部大手术患者，年龄＞18岁；
② 满足KDIGO指南AKI的诊断标准；
③ 获得知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Adult with thoracic and abdominal surgery, aged above 18 years
2. Patients who met AKI diagnostic criteria in KDIGO guidelines
3. Patient who obtained informed consent

排除标准：

① 入外科ICU前已经发生AKI者；
② 尿液样本收集不全者；
③ 入外科ICU前存在CKD者；
④ 预期存活时间＜48h者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who already had AKI before admitted to SICU;
2. Patients who were collected insufficient urine sample;
3. Patients who already had chronic kidney disease before admitted to SICU;
4. Patients who were expected survival less than 48 hours.
