研究目的：

①了解佛山市南海区桂城街道代谢综合征的各种危险因素； ②了解佛山市南海区桂城街道代谢综合征影响因素； ③了解目前佛山市南海区桂城街道代谢综合征患病率和发病率，为我市以后的卫生政策提供科学的方法和依据，提供科学基础的防制资料； ④及早发现是尚未被诊断的代谢综合征患者及高危人群，及时治疗与防治，减少代谢综合征的发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

① Understand the various risk factors of metabolic syndrome in Guicheng Street, Nanhai District, Foshan City; ② Understand the influencing factors of metabolic syndrome in Guicheng Street, Nanhai District, Foshan City; ③ To understand the current prevalence and incidence rate of metabolic syndrome in Guicheng Street, Nanhai District, Foshan City, so as to provide scientific methods and basis for future health policies in our city and provide scientific basis for prevention and control data; ④ Early detection of undiagnosed metabolic syndrome patients and high-risk populations, timely treatment and prevention, can reduce the incidence of metabolic syndrome.

纳入标准：

南海区桂城街道35周岁以上当地常住居民

Inclusion criteria

Local permanent residents aged 35 and above in Guicheng Street, Nanhai District

排除标准：

（1）急性疾病或外伤手术患者； （2）因各种疾病或后遗症而卧床不起者； （3）严重肝脏肾脏疾病患者； （4）继发性糖尿病患者（如胰腺疾病或手术后，库欣综合征等）； （5）妊娠妇女（孕前有糖尿病者应如实登记）； （6）流动人口以及其他情况不能配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Acute illness or trauma surgery patients; (2) Those who are bedridden due to various diseases or sequelae; (3) Patients with severe liver and kidney disease; (4) Patients with secondary diabetes (such as pancreatic disease or Cushing's syndrome after surgery); (5) Pregnant women (those with diabetes before pregnancy should be truthfully registered); (6) Floating population and other situations that cannot be accommodated.
