研究目的：

本项目为验证醒脑静注射液对大面积脑梗死患者的临床疗效，通过采用回顾性队列研究，为中医药防治大面积脑梗死的提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to verify the clinical efficacy of Xingnaojing in patients with LHI. Through a retrospective cohort study, it provides evidence-based evidence for the use of TCM in the prevention and treatment of LHI.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1: 符合急性脑梗死中西医诊断标准 2: 年龄>=18岁 3: 发病14天内入院 4: CT或MRI显示梗死面积≥2/3大脑中动脉供血区域，伴或不伴大脑前动脉/大脑后动脉供血区域梗死

Inclusion criteria

1: Meets the diagnostic criteria of TCM and Western medicine for actue cerebral infarction 2: Age >= 18 years old 3: Admission within 14 days of onset 4: CT or MRI shows infarction area ≥ 2/3 of the middle cerebral artery supply area, with or without infarction of the anterior/posterior cerebral artery supply area

排除标准：

由于肿瘤、外伤或蛛网膜下腔出血并发血管痉挛等病因所致大面积脑梗死的患者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with extensive cerebral infarction caused by factors such as tumors, trauma, or subarachnoid hemorrhage complicated by vascular spasm
