研究目的：

观察因急症呼叫救护车来源的患者，在糖尿病和非糖尿病背景下发病-入医院前阶段的临床特征、死亡率、死亡危险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical characteristics, mortality and risk factors for death in the onset-prehospital phase of patients calling for an ambulance due to acute illness with or without diabetes.

纳入标准：

纳入患者病史资料及相关信息完善者（一般人口学资料、主诉及现病史、既往史，救护车上治疗方案及多个时间节点患者的结局，血糖或能提供既往血糖情况）。

Inclusion criteria

Complete patient history and related information were included (general demographic data, chief complaint and present medical history, past medical history, ambulance treatment regimen and patient outcomes at multiple time points, blood glucose.

排除标准：

孕妇及＜18岁的未成年人；病史资料及相关信息不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnant women, age < 18 years and those with incomplete medical history and related information.
