研究目的：

探讨T2DM患者骨代谢的影响因素；探讨T2DR患者不同中医证型与骨代谢之间的关系；探讨T2DR与T2DOP生化代谢指标的诊断效能与应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the influencing factors of bone metabolism in patients with T2DM; to explore the relationship between different TCM syndromes and bone metabolism in patients with T2DR; to explore the diagnostic efficacy and application value of biochemical metabolic indicators of T2DR and T2DOP.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患者年龄50-80岁； 2.患者符合西医2型糖尿病诊断标准； 3.患者住院期间，已确诊DR，应符合T2DR的分期和中医证型诊断标准，且病历资料完整。 4.愿意接受研究方案，并同意进行有关检查； 5.自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients aged 50-80 years; 2.The patient meets the Western medical diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes; 3.During the patient's hospitalization, DR has been confirmed and should meet the staging and TCM syndrome diagnosis criteria of T2DR, and the medical records must be complete. 4.Willing to accept the research plan and agree to undergo relevant examinations; 5.Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.伴有糖尿病酮症、糖尿病高渗昏迷等急性并发症者； 2.妊娠糖尿病、1型糖尿病和其他特殊类型糖尿病者； 3.近期有创伤、手术等各种应激状态者； 4.患有急慢性感染者，如呼吸道感染、泌尿系感染等； 5.患有严重的肝肾功能不全或伴肝炎、肝硬化、慢性阻塞性肺疾病者； 6.患有严重高血压、心脑血管疾病或周围疾病者，如心功能不全、冠心病、脑梗死、脑出血等； 7.合并其他内分泌代谢性疾病，如甲状腺、垂体等疾病； 8.严重黄斑变性、白内障、眼底动脉硬化、出血、葡萄膜炎等眼部其他疾病； 9.长期服用糖皮质激素或最近曾使用大剂量激素患者； 10.各种肿瘤患者； 11.非生理性更年期; 12.长期使用影响骨代谢的药物的历史; 13.原发性或继发性骨病史； 14.骨质疏松症(OP)用药史(雌激素、双膦酸盐、活性维生素D等)。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with acute complications such as diabetic ketosis, diabetic hyperosmolar coma, etc.; 2. Patients with gestational diabetes, type 1 diabetes and other special types of diabetes; 3. Those who have recently had various stress states such as trauma and surgery; 4. Patients with acute and chronic infections, such as respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, etc.; 5. Patients with severe liver and kidney insufficiency or hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; 6. Patients with severe hypertension, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or peripheral diseases, such as cardiac insufficiency, coronary heart disease, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, etc.; 7. Combined with other endocrine and metabolic diseases, such as thyroid, pituitary and other diseases; 8. Severe macular degeneration, cataract, fundus arteriosclerosis, hemorrhage, uveitis and other ocular diseases; 9. Patients who have been taking glucocorticoids for a long time or have recently used high-dose corticosteroids; 10. Patients with various tumors; 11. Non-physiological menopause; 12. History of long-term use of drugs that affect bone metabolism; 13. History of primary or secondary bone disease; 14. History of osteoporosis (OP) medication (estrogen, bisphosphonate, active vitamin D, etc.).
