研究目的：

我们通过肾透明细胞癌(ccRCC)组织标本、细胞株和裸鼠肿瘤模型，初步探讨ACLY调控的脂质合成旁通路在ccRCC发生中的作用和潜在的分子机制，评估抑制ACLY及其旁通路分子在ccRCC治疗中的作用，进而为临床延缓肿瘤进展、改善患者预后提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

We investigated the role of ACLY-regulated lipid-synthesis pathway in the development of renal clear cell carcinoma (ccRCC) and its underlying molecular mechanism by using tissue samples, cell lines, and nude mouse tumor models, in order to evaluate the role of inhibiting ACLY and its by-pass pathway in the treatment of ccRCC, so as to provide theoretical basis for delaying the progression of tumor and improving the prognosis of patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患者能耐受手术，2.术前未行放化疗等新辅助治疗，3.术后病理确诊为肾透明细胞癌，4.能获得患者或其监护人授权同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients could tolerate surgery, 2. No neoadjuvant therapy, such as chemotherapy or radiotherapy, was performed before operation. 3. The pathological diagnosis was clear cell renal cell carcinoma. 4. We could obtain the patient's or his guardian's authorized consent.

排除标准：

1.临床病理资料不全，2.合并其他原发性恶性肿瘤，3.患者肿瘤组织样品质量差。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Incomplete clinical and pathological data, 2. Combined with other primary malignancies, 3. The quality of tumor tissue samples was poor.
