研究目的：

1.构建早产儿母亲心理赋能干预方案 2.通过随机对照研究，评价早产儿母亲心理赋能干预方案的干预效果  

Objectives of Study：

1. Develop a psychological empowerment intervention program for mothers of premature infants. 2. Evaluate the effectiveness of the psychological empowerment intervention program for mothers of premature infants through a randomized controlled trial.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

早产儿 （1）胎龄＜37周； （2）生后入住NICU； （3）住院时间＞3天。 早产儿母亲 （1）初次分娩； （2）无严重妊娠合并症，精神及认知正常； （3）知情同意，愿意参与本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Premature infant (1) Gestational age < 37 weeks; (2) Admitted to the NICU after birth; (3) Hospital stay > 3 days. Mothers of premature infants (1) First delivery; (2) No severe pregnancy complications, normal mental and cognitive function; (3) Informed consent, willing to participate in this study, and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

早产儿及母亲符合以下排除标准任何一条，即可排除 早产儿 （1）早产儿患有先天性遗传代谢疾病、先天性心脏病、发育畸形； （2）正在参加有可能改变观察结局的相关干预研究项目。 早产儿母亲 （1）从事新生儿或儿科等相关专业； （2）母亲有严重视听障碍； （3）正在参加有可能改变观察指标的相关研究。

Exclusion criteria：

Premature infants and mothers who meet any of the following exclusion criteria can be excluded: Premature infants (1) Premature infants with congenital genetic metabolic diseases, congenital heart disease, or developmental malformations; (2) Currently participating in relevant intervention research projects that may alter the observed outcomes. Mothers of premature infants (1) Engaged in professions related to neonatology or pediatrics; (2) Mothers with severe auditory or visual impairments; (3) Currently participating in relevant research projects that may alter the observed indicators.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

（1）按研究期间内符合纳入标准住院早产儿母亲的先后顺序，分别按照住院号进行排序，依次分配随机数字。由随机数字生成器（https://www.random.org/）生成随机数，由小到大排序，规定前半部分数字较小的为对照组，而后半部分数字较大的为试验组。然后将这些 （2）干预者向父母解释研究目的和干预过程，取得父母知情同意后，由非研究成员按顺序拆开信封。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

(1) Arrange the mothers of eligible preterm infants hospitalized during the study period in the order of their admission numbers, and assign random numbers sequentially. Generate random numbers using a random number generator (https://www.random.org/) and sort them from smallest to largest, designating the first half with smaller numbers as the control group and the second half with larger numbers as the intervention group. Then (2) The intervener explains the purpose of the study and the intervention process to the parents, obtains informed consent from the parents, and then non-research staff members open the envelopes in sequence.

盲法：

考虑到开展以早产儿母亲心理赋能干预较难对干预者以及研究对象实施盲法。因此，本研究仅对资料收集人员以及统计分析人员进行设盲，干预实施人员不参与资料收集与分析

Blinding：

Considering the difficulty of implementing blinding for interveners and research subjects in interventions for psychological empowerment of mothers of preterm infants, this study only blinded the data collectors and statistical analysts. The intervention implementers did not participate in data collection and analysis.
