Objectives of Study：

Comparing the therapeutic effects of guided bone regeneration technology and "sausage technology" in the horizontal increase of alveolar ridge bone in anterior teeth

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18 至 60 岁的患者（包括 18 岁和 60 岁的） 2.前牙缺失，伴有水平骨缺损（根据托尔斯图诺夫等人的分类，牙槽嵴等级为 II、III和 IV 级，宽度至少为 4 毫米）。 3.口腔卫生控制良好。 4.遵照医嘱，按时复诊 5.健康的邻牙和牙周组织

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients aged 18 to 60 years (including 18 and 60 years) 2. Anterior teeth are missing with horizontal bone defects (alveolar ridge grades II, III, and IV, with a width of at least 4 mm, according to classification by Tolstunov et al.). 3. Good oral hygiene control. 4. Follow your doctor's advice and make regular visits. 5. Have healthy adjacent teeth and periodontal tissue

排除标准：

1.全身状况不能接受种植或植骨手术 2.重度吸烟者（每天吸烟量≥10 支） 3.邻牙活动期牙周病 4.一般种植禁忌症 5.极度严重的骨缺损

Exclusion criteria：

1. The general condition cannot accept implant or bone graft surgery 2. Heavy smokers (smoking ≥10 cigarettes per day) 3. Active periodontal disease of adjacent teeth 4. Contraindications to general implantation 5. Extremely severe bone defects
