研究目的:

1. 通过早期生物标记物的多模态监测以全面刻画α-突触核蛋白病早期生物学特征; 2. 构建适用于超高危人群的α-突触核蛋白病早期精准预测体系。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Comprehensive Characterization of Early Biological Features of Alpha-Synucleinopathy Through Multimodal Monitoring of Early Biomarkers; 2. Building an Early Precision Prediction System for Alpha-Synucleinopathy in Ultra-High-Risk Populations.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1、快速眼动睡眠行为障碍患者:年龄≥40 岁;符合 ICSD-3 中快速眼动睡眠行为障碍的诊断标准。 2、α-突触核蛋白病患者:年龄≥40 岁;年龄性别与快速眼动睡眠行为障碍组匹配;临床明确诊断的α-突触核蛋白病(包括:帕金森病、路易体痴呆和多系统萎缩)。 3、对照组:年龄≥40 岁;年龄性别与快速眼动睡眠行为障碍组匹配。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with REM sleep behavior disorder: age >= 40 years; meet the diagnostic criteria of REM sleep behavior disorder in ICSD-3. 2. Patients with α-synucleinopathies: age >= 40 years; age and gender matching the REM sleep behavior disorder group; clinically diagnosed α-synucleinopathies (including Parkinson's disease, Lewy body dementia, and multiple system atrophy). 3. Control : age >= 40 years; age-sex matched to the REM sleep behavior disorder group.

排除标准:

1、快速眼动睡眠行为障碍患者排除:发作性睡病;癫痫;神经变性疾病;重大躯体疾病。 2、α-突触核蛋白病患者排除:发作性睡病;癫痫;有重大躯体疾病。 3、对照组排除:ICSD-3 中快速眼动睡眠行为障碍的诊断标准;发作性睡病;癫痫;神经变性疾病;重大躯体疾病。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder excluded: narcolepsy; epilepsy; neurodegenerative disease; major physical illness. 2. Patients with alpha-synucleinopathy excluded: narcolepsy; epilepsy; major physical illness. 3. Controls excluded: diagnostic criteria for REM sleep behavior disorder in ICSD-3; narcolepsy; epilepsy; neurodegenerative disease; major physical illness.
