研发建立AI辅助诊断甲状腺功能状态的数据库，研究结果用于人工智能辅助超声、舌象对甲状腺功能进行筛查

纳入标准：

桥本氏甲状腺炎的不同甲状腺功能状态的患者 血清学诊断为甲减。

Inclusion criteria

Different thyroid function in the Hashimoto's thyroiditis Serologic diagnosis of hypothyroidism.

排除标准：

①怀孕患者； ②甲状腺手术、甲亢I131治疗后； ③使用糖皮质激素、胺碘酮、锂、口服避孕药、二甲双胍或其他甲状腺干扰药物治疗； ④既往诊断为甲状腺疾病，特别是Grav es病（TRAb阳性）和亚急性甲状腺炎； ⑤存在肥胖(BMI水平> 28kg/m2）； ⑥合并严重基础病者，如心、脑、肝、肾和造血系统疾病等）

Exclusion criteria：

1 pregnant patients; 2 after thyroidectomy and hyperthyroidism I131 treatment; 3Use of glucocorticoid, amiodarone, lithium, oral contraceptives, metformin or other thyroid-disrupting drugs; 4Previously diagnosed as thyroid disease, especially Graves' disease (TRAb-positive) and subacute thyroiditis; 5 obesity (BMI > GT; 28 kg/m ~ 2) ; 6 severe underlying diseases, such as heart, brain, liver, kidney and hematopoietic diseases

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

Laboratory Tests: Positive thyroid peroxidase antibodies (TPOAb) and/or thyroglobulin antibodies (TGAb) (diagnostic for Hashimoto's thyroiditis). Fine-Needle Aspiration Cytology (FNAC): Fine-needle aspiration of thyroid tissue reveals lymphocytic infiltration (confirmatory for diagnosis).

人工智能辅助超声和舌诊。 使用ROC曲线（ROC）、准确性（Accuracy）、敏感性（Sensitivity）、特异性（Specificity，SP）、阳性预测值（Positive Predictive Value,PPV,PV+）和阴性预测值（Negative Predictive Value,NPV,PV-）等来衡量该数据库模型的性能。

Index test:

AI-assisted ultrasound and tongue diagnosis. ROC(ROC)(Accuracy)(Sensitivity)(Specificity,SP)(Positive Predictive Value,PPV)(Negative Predictive Value,NPV).

目标人群（可以是某种疾病患者或正常人群，详细描述其疾病特征，注意应纳入符合分布特点的全序列病例，具有良好的代表性）

在辽宁省人民医院诊断为桥本氏甲状腺炎的患者纳入研究。 体征：甲状腺弥漫性肿大，质韧。（可怀疑桥本病） 实验室检查：甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体（TPOAb）和（或）甲状腺球蛋白抗体（TGAb）阳性。（诊断桥本病） 超声：提示回声不均(抗体阴性) 甲功：伴有甲减（支持诊断） FNAC：细针穿刺甲状腺组织，有淋巴细胞浸润。（可确诊）

Target condition (The target condition is a particular disease or disease stage that the index test will be intended to identify. Please specify the characteristics in detail; the population should has a complete spectrum and good representative):

Inclusion Criteria: Clinical Signs: Diffuse thyroid enlargement with a firm texture (suggestive of Hashimoto's thyroiditis). Laboratory Tests: Positive thyroid peroxidase antibodies (TPOAb) and/or thyroglobulin antibodies (TGAb) (diagnostic for Hashimoto's thyroiditis). Ultrasound Findings: Heterogeneous echogenicity (in the context of antibody-negative cases). Thyroid Function Tests: Associated hypothyroidism (supports the diagnosis). Fine-Needle Aspiration Cytology (FNAC): Fine-needle aspiration of thyroid tissue reveals lymphocytic infiltration (confirmatory for diagnosis).

容易混淆的疾病人群（即与目标疾病不易区分的一种或多种不同疾病，应避免采用正常人群对照的病例-对照设计）：

（1）妊娠或哺乳期妇女;（2）此次研究前存在颈部照射史或甲状腺手术史;（3）当前和/或先前接受甲状腺素治疗;（4）使用皮质类固醇，胺碘酮，锂，口服避孕药或其他甲状腺干扰药物治疗;（5）并存其他严重影响身体机能的慢性病;（6）既往诊断其他甲状腺疾病，特别是Graves病和亚急性甲状腺炎;（7）存在重度肥胖（BMI 水平 ≥30 kg/㎡)

Population with condition difficult to distinguish from the target condition, the normal population in a case-control study design should be avoid:

Exclusion Criteria: (1) Pregnant or lactating women; (2) History of neck radiation or thyroid surgery prior to this study; (3) Current and/or previous treatment with thyroid hormones; (4) Use of corticosteroids, amiodarone, lithium, oral contraceptives, or other thyroid-interfering medications [8]; (5) Presence of other chronic diseases that severely affect physical function; (6) Previous diagnosis of other thyroid diseases, especially Graves' disease and subacute thyroiditis; (7) Severe obesity (BMI ≥ 30 kg/m2)
