研究目的：

本研究旨在对上海泥城队列的基线随访对象和新调查对象开展多种代谢性疾病的调查，包括肥胖、糖尿病、高血压、代谢功能障碍相关脂肪性肝病[MASLD]、骨质疏松等，具体研究目的如下： 1、基于自然人群的横断面和前瞻队列研究，评估多种代谢性疾病患病率、发病率和风险因素； 2、全面评估糖尿病传统并发症和新兴并发症的发生情况与危险因素； 3、基于多组学分析探索多种代谢性疾病的病理生理机制； 4、基于多模态队列研究数据，构建多种代谢性疾病的筛查、诊断、预警和辅助诊疗模型及信息质控模型，推动人工智能等新技术的研发和应用。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed at comprehensive evaluation of multiple metabolic diseases (including obesity, diabetes, hypertension, metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease [MAFLD], osteoporosis, etc.) among baseline subjects in the Shanghai Nicheng Cohort and newly enrolled subjects. The research objectives are as follows: 1. Investigate prevalence, incidence, and risk factors of multiple metabolic diseases based on the natural population cross-sectional and prospective cohort studies. 2. Investigate the occurrence and risk factors of traditional and emerging diabetic complications. 3. Explore the pathophysiological mechanisms of multiple metabolic diseases via multi-omics analysis. 4. Develop screening, diagnosis, early warning, and auxiliary treatment models for multiple metabolic diseases as well as information quality assessment models, promoting the development and application of new technologies such as artificial intelligence, based on multi-model cohort dataset.

纳入标准：

本次调查对象由随访对象和新调查对象组成，纳入标准分别为： （1）随访对象纳入标准：①参加过2013年上海泥城队列基线调查；②同意提供书面知情同意。 （2）新调查对象纳入标准：①年龄在35-55岁；②受教育年限≥9年；③调查前至少在泥城镇居住6个月及以上；④同意提供书面知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

The cohort population consists of follow-up subjects and newly recruited subjects. The inclusion criteria are as follows: (1) Follow-up subjects with both of the criteria are included: ①The subjects participated in the Shanghai Nicheng cohort study baseline survey. ②The subjects agreed to provide informed consent. (2) Newly recruited subjects with both of the criteria are included: ①Aged 35-55 years. ②The subjects have at least 9 years of education. ③The subjects resided in the Nicheng County for at least 6 months before the survey. ④The subjects agreed to provide informed consent.

排除标准：

本次调查对象由随访对象和新调查对象组成，其排除标准分别为： （1）随访对象排除标准：① 死亡或迁出；②因患有严重精神疾病；②孕妇或哺乳期妇女；③患有严重传染性疾病，如开放性肺结核和艾滋病。 （2）新调查对象排除标准：①患有严重精神疾病；②孕妇或哺乳期妇女；③患有严重传染性疾病，如开放性肺结核和艾滋病。

Exclusion criteria：

The cohort population consists of follow-up subjects and newly recruited subjects. The exclusion criteria are as follows: (1) Follow-up subjects with any of the criteria are excluded: ①Death or relocation. ②The subjects have severe mental illness. ③The subjects are pregnant or breastfeeding. ④The subjects have severe infectious diseases, such as active pulmonary tuberculosis and acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS). (2) Newly recruited subjects with any of the criteria are excluded: ①The subjects have severe mental illness. ②The subjects are pregnant or breastfeeding. ③The subjects have severe infectious diseases, such as active pulmonary tuberculosis and AIDS.
