研究目的：

分析脊髓损伤患者是否容易出现肠道功能障碍，继而引发肠道菌群紊乱，继而分析改善肠道菌群紊乱是否能治疗脊髓损伤。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze whether patients with spinal cord injury are prone to intestinal dysfunction, which leads to intestinal flora disturbance, and then to analyze whether improving intestinal flora disturbance can treat spinal cord injury.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本研究分为正常组和脊髓损伤组，均为住院患者，正常组：非脊髓损伤患者。脊髓损伤组：脊髓损伤患者。两组拟分别纳入50人。不需随访，均为住院患者。本研究为观察性研究，不会对患者造成任何影响，只需留取患者粪便进行检测。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

This study was divided into normal group and spinal cord injury group, all hospitalized patients, and normal group: non-spinal cord injury patients. Spinal cord injury group: patients with spinal cord injury. The two groups are intended to include 50 people each. No follow-up was required and all patients were hospitalized. This study is observational and will not have any impact on patients, only patient stool is collected for testing. 

纳入标准：

脊髓损伤患者 年龄大于15周岁 脊髓损伤前无胃肠道疾病

Inclusion criteria

Patients with spinal cord injury At least 15 years of age No gastrointestinal disease prior to spinal cord injury

排除标准：

脊髓损伤出现胃肠道损伤或胃肠道应激导致出血患者 年龄小于15周岁患者 生命体征不稳定患者

Exclusion criteria：

Spinal cord injury occurs in patients with gastrointestinal injury or bleeding due to gastrointestinal stress Patients younger than 15 years old Patients with unstable vital signs
