研究目的：

本研究基于析因设计采用单中心、随机、对照临床试验方法，评价电针不同膝下穴治疗功能性消化不良的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is based on a factorial design and adopts a single center, randomized, and controlled clinical trial method to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of electroacupuncture at different acupoints below the knees for the treatment of functional dyspepsia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合2016年罗马IV学术委员会制定的功能性消化不良诊断标准。 ②年龄在 18～75 岁之间。 ③进入研究前至少一周内未服用过与治疗本病相关的药物，且未参与其它正在进行的研究； ④自愿受试并由本人签署知情同意书； ⑤常居于接受治疗所在地，有利于治疗和随访。

Inclusion criteria

1.Meeting the diagnostic criteria for functional dyspepsia syndrome as established by the Academic Committee of Rome IV in 2016. 2.Aged 18 to 75 years. 3.Abstaining from the use of medications related to the treatment of the condition for at least one week prior to study entry, and not participating in concurrent studies. 4.Voluntarily participating in the trial and providing informed consent personally. 5.Maintaining a permanent residence in the treatment location, conducive to therapy and follow-up.

排除标准：

①经胃镜检查发现的胃、十二指肠溃疡、糜烂、反流性食管炎等的患者； ②经腹部Ｂ超检查发现的胆囊炎、胆囊结石等肝、胆、脾、胰问题的患者； ③合并影响消化道动力的代谢性疾病，如甲状腺疾病、糖尿病等； ④合并心、肝、肾等存在肿瘤及器质性病变患者或精神病患者； ⑤妊娠或哺乳期妇女，及女性患者近期有生育计划者； ⑥根据研究者判断，存在降低入组可能性或使入组复杂化情况的患者，如工作环境经常变动等易造成失访的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with gastric or duodenal ulcers, erosions, reflux esophagitis, and other related conditions identified through gastroscopy. 2.Patients with gallbladder inflammation, gallstones, and hepatic, biliary, splenic, or pancreatic issues detected via abdominal ultrasonography. 3.Coexisting metabolic disorders affecting gastrointestinal motility, such as thyroid disorders and diabetes. 4.Patients with tumors and organic lesions in the heart, liver, or kidneys, as well as individuals with mental health disorders. 5.Pregnant or lactating women and female patients with recent plans for conception. 6.Patients whose circumstances, as determined by the investigator, may lower the likelihood of successful enrollment or complicate their participation, such as frequently changing work environments that could lead to loss to follow-up.
