研究目的：

1.主要目的：探讨经皮穴位电刺激对腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者术后疲劳焦虑、睡眠情况、免疫功能的影响以及作用机制。 2.次要目的:探讨经皮穴位电刺激对腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者术中一般情况、麻醉药使用情况，以及术后镇痛情况、术后首次排便、下床时间、术后并发症的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: To explore the effects and mechanisms of transcutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation on postoperative fatigue, anxiety, sleep, and immune function in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer. 2. Secondary objective: To investigate the effects of percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation on the general condition of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy, the use of anesthetics, postoperative analgesia, the first postoperative bowel movement, the time to get out of bed, and postoperative complications.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.术前胃镜活检确诊为胃恶性肿瘤，术前CT检查排除肿瘤远处转移 2.年龄:60-75岁； 3.美国麻醉医师协会（American Society of Anesthesiologists,ASA）分级：Ⅱ~Ⅲ级；BMI为18.0-28.0kg/m^2 4.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Preoperative gastroscopic biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of gastric malignancy, and preoperative CT examination ruled out distant metastasis of the tumor 2. Age: 60-75 years old; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification: II.~III.; BMI is 18.0-28.0kg/m^2 4. Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.胃恶性肿瘤并远处转移的患者; 2.操作部位皮肤过敏、破损、感染者； 3.合并严重心脑血管疾病、糖尿病和肝肾疾病者； 4.生命体征不稳，意识不清的患者； 5.伴有精神异常及语言交流障碍者； 6.神经肌肉相关疾病；病理性疲劳（如多发性硬化症、帕金森病、创伤性脑损伤）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with gastric malignant tumors and distant metastasis; 2. Individuals with skin allergies, damages, or infections at the operating site; 3. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, liver and kidney diseases; 4. Patients with unstable vital signs and unclear consciousness; 5. Individuals with mental disorders and language communication barriers; 6. Neuromuscular related diseases; Pathological fatigue (such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, traumatic brain injury).

盲法：

采用随机数字表法分为TEAS组和假TEAS组，每组40例。组别和分组处理信息被预先密封在1-80序号的信封中。患者入室后，TEAS操作者按照序号打开信封，并根据分组情况和指定方案，在麻醉前30min开始治疗。除TEAS操作者外，麻醉医生、外科医生、术后随访人员和数据分析者均不参与实验设计且不知晓分组情况。

Blinding：

Random number table method was used to divide patients into TEAS group and sham TEAS group, with 40 cases in each group. The group and grouping processing information are pre sealed in envelopes numbered 1-80. After the patient enters the room, the TEAS operator opens the envelope according to the sequence number and starts treatment 30 minutes before anesthesia based on the grouping situation and designated protocol. Except for TEAS operators, anesthesiologists, surgeons, postoperative follow-up personnel, and data analysts did not participate in the experimental design and were unaware of the grouping situation.
