研究目的：

本研究旨在获悉ACT在纳入儒家伦理元素的文化改良，以及采取VR的技术手段后，其对于中国西部金融职员的焦虑、压力等心理健康问题方面是否具有治疗的效果，以及其疗效是否优于传统的ACT。进而获知两种疗效在治疗焦虑、压力等心理问题的效果差异性所在，以及其中潜在的作用机理，使之构建形成一套针对中国西部金融职员心理问题适切性的干预方法。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to find out whether ACT, with the incorporation of Confucian ethical elements and the adoption of VR technology, has a therapeutic effect on the mental health problems of financial employees in western China, such as anxiety and stress, and whether its therapeutic effect is superior to that of traditional ACT, and to find out the differences between the two therapeutic effects in the treatment of anxiety and stress, as well as the potential effects and mechanisms of ACT, so that a set of appropriate intervention methods can be constructed for the psychological problems of financial employees in western China. In addition, we will find out the differences in the effectiveness of the two therapies in treating anxiety and stress, and the potential mechanisms involved, so that we can develop a set of intervention methods suitable for the psychological problems of financial employees in western China.

纳入标准：

（1）在职时间具有5年以上（2）完全自愿参与本次项目（3）自我感知具有焦虑、压力等心理问题

Inclusion criteria

(1) Have at least 5 years of active service (2) Participate in this program on a completely voluntary basis (3) Self-perceived psychological problems such as anxiety, stress, etc.

排除标准：

（1）具有宗教信仰。（2）先前参与过接受与承诺疗法的治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Have a religious affiliation. (2) Previously participated in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
