研究目的：

本研究是以合并LTBI的进行体外助孕的不孕患者为研究对象，采用回顾性及前瞻性队列研究，通过分析LTBI在不孕症人群中的发生率及人群特征，助孕期间潜伏性结核感染者发生活动性结核病的发生率及结局，比较LTBI治疗者与未治疗者的助孕结局及新生儿结局等，探讨LTBI对体外助孕的影响及在体外助孕前进行LTBI的预防性治疗的价值，从而为临床决策提供更强的证据支持。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will take infertile patients with LTBI as the research object, and use retrospective and prospective cohort studies to analyze the incidence and population characteristics of LTBI in infertile patients, the incidence and outcome of active tuberculosis in patients with latent tuberculosis infection during pregnancy, and to compare the pregnancy outcomes and neonatal outcomes of LTBI treated and untreated patients. To explore the effect of LTBI on in vitro assisted pregnancy and the value of preventive treatment of LTBI before in vitro assisted pregnancy, so as to provide stronger evidence support for clinical decision-making.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

夫妇年龄21-40岁，第一个IVF/ICSI周期，月经正常/稀发并且不孕时间超过2年的女性，女方抗苗勒管激素（AMH）≥1.2ng/ml。

Inclusion criteria

Couples aged 21-40 years old, the first IVF / ICSI cycle, normal / rare menstruation and infertility time more than 2 years of women, the woman anti-Mullerian hormone ( AMH ) ≥ 1.2ng / ml.

排除标准：

1.接受供卵的夫妇； 2.染色体异常或（和）遗传疾病的女性和/或男性，需行PGT-M或PGT-SR； 3、子宫畸形（子宫纵隔、单角子宫、双（角）子宫）、子宫腺肌症、粘膜下肌瘤等; 4、既往有子痫前期病史、已诊断糖尿病、慢性高血压病或慢性肾病、恶性肿瘤、长期使用皮质类固醇/免疫抑制剂等、有结核病病史或治疗史的妇女。结核高危人群：HIV 感 染 者 和 AIDS患 者、糖 尿 病 患 者、以及应用糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂、生物制剂和放化疗进行治疗的风湿免疫病患者、恶性肿瘤患者、透析和实体器官或骨髓移植者炎症性肠病患者等。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Couples receiving egg donation ; 2.PGT-M or PGT-SR should be performed in women and / or men with chromosomal abnormalities or / and genetic diseases. 3.Uterine malformations ( uterine septum, unicornuate uterus, bicornuate uterus ), adenomyosis, submucosal fibroids, etc. ; 4. Women with a history of preeclampsia, diagnosed diabetes, chronic hypertension or chronic kidney disease, malignant tumor, long-term use of corticosteroids / immunosuppressive agents, history of tuberculosis or treatment history. High-risk groups of tuberculosis : HIV-infected patients and AIDS patients, diabetic patients, patients with rheumatic immune disease treated with glucocorticoids, immunosuppressive agents, biological agents, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, patients with malignant tumors, dialysis and solid organ or bone marrow transplant patients with inflammatory bowel disease.
