研究目的：

1.明确胃黏膜炎-癌转化不同病理阶段胃镜、病理特征及胃蛋白酶原、炎性细胞因子的差异性表达。 2.通过高通量测序，分析胃黏膜炎-癌转化不同病理阶段miRNA表达谱，筛选与关键炎性细胞因子对应的差异 miRNA。 3.基于胃黏膜炎-癌转化不同病理阶段的内镜、病理、胃蛋白酶原特征及炎性细胞因子与 miRNA 谱的差异性表达，明确其与中医虚实证候的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Clarify the different pathological stages of gastric mucosal inflammation cancer transformation, including gastroscopy, pathological features, and differential expression of pepsinogen and inflammatory cytokines. 2. By high-throughput sequencing, analyze the miRNA expression profile at different pathological stages of gastric mucosal inflammation cancer transformation, and screen for differential miRNAs corresponding to key inflammatory cytokines. 3. Based on the endoscopic, pathological, and pepsinogen characteristics of different pathological stages of gastric mucosal inflammation cancer transformation, as well as the differential expression of inflammatory cytokines and miRNA profiles, clarify its correlation with traditional Chinese medicine deficiency and excess syndrome.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）经胃镜病理组织学确诊的慢性非萎缩性胃炎、萎缩性胃炎、肠化生及异型增生患者； （2）年龄在 18-75 岁； （3）受试者知情，自愿签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with chronic non atrophic gastritis, atrophic gastritis, intestinal metaplasia, and dysplasia confirmed by gastroscopy histopathology; (2) Age range from 18 to 75 years old; (3) The subject is informed and voluntarily signs an informed consent form;

排除标准：

（1）有胃溃疡、胃息肉和胃部手术史者； （2）怀疑有进展期胃癌或其他系统恶性病变者； （3）合并心、脑血管、肝、肾、造血系统等原发性疾病者； （4）有严重焦虑、抑郁情绪的受试者； （5）智力、理解力、语言障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Individuals with a history of gastric ulcers, gastric polyps, and gastric surgery; (2) Suspected of advanced gastric cancer or other systemic malignancies; (3) Patients with concomitant primary diseases such as heart, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system; (4) Subjects with severe anxiety and depression; (5) Individuals with intellectual, comprehension, or language impairments.
