研究目的：

骨缺损常见于四肢高能量损伤、骨折合并感染、骨肿瘤切除等，对患者肢体功能恢复有直接影响，甚至影响其生活及工作。因此，在对合并骨缺损患者进行治疗时，应最大程度地修复重建骨缺损，促进患者功能恢复。评价活性生物骨治疗骨缺损的临床疗效及长期安全性能。  

Objectives of Study：

Bone defects are commonly seen in high energy injury of limbs, fracture and infection, bone tumor resection, etc., which effectively damage the function of patients' limbs. It has a direct impact, even affect their life and work. Therefore, the most attention should be done when treating patients with complicated bone defects To largely repair and reconstruct the bone defects and promote the functional recovery of the patients. To evaluate the clinical efficacy and long-term safety performance of active biological bone in the treatment of bone defects.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄 18~75 周岁（包含 18 及 75 周岁）的患者，性别不限； 2) 存在由于创伤或手术造成的、不影响骨结构稳定性的骨缺损，需要骨移植修复的患者； 3) 自愿参加并签署知情同意书的患者；

Inclusion criteria

1) Patients aged 18 to 75, one year years old (including 18 and 75 years old), gender is not limited; 2) Patients with bone defects caused by trauma or surgery that do not affect the stability of bone structure and need repair by bone transplantation; 3) Patients who voluntarily participate in the informed consent form and sign the informed consent form;

排除标准：

1) 有严重过敏反应史的患者； 2) 免疫功能异常的患者； 3) 晚期肿瘤等危重患者； 4) 其他研究者判断不能完成或不适合参加本研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with a history of severe allergic reaction; 2) Patients with abnormal immune function; 3) critically ill patients such as advanced tumors; 4) Patients judged by other investigators as unable to complete or unsuitable to participate in the study.
