研究目的：

（1）构建居家老年人网络健康信息鉴别能力培训内容。 （2）开发居家老年人网络健康信息鉴别能力培训线上科普微视频。 （3）形成适合我国居家老年人的网络健康信息鉴别能力“线上自助+线下互助”式干预方案，检验方案可行性和初步效果。  

Objectives of Study：

(1)To construct training content on discrimination ability in online health information among elderly living at home. (2) To develop science popularization micro-videos for online training on discrimination ability of the elderly living at home. (3) To develop "online self-help + offline mutual-help" intervention plan on discrimination ability in online health information among elderly living at home in China, and to test its feasibility and preliminary effect.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准：①年龄≥60 岁；②在安徽省合肥市蜀山区笔架山街道连续居住并生活 六个月及以上的居民；③具有小学及以上文化程度；④具有较强的理解、表达和交流 能力；⑤具有使用手机搜索网络健康信息的习惯一个月及以上；⑥自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria: (1) age ≥ 60 years; (2) residents who have lived in Bijiashan Street, Shushan District, Hefei City, Anhui Province for six months or more; (3) primary school education or above; (4) strong comprehension, expression and communication skills; (5) have had habit of using mobile phone to search for online health information for one month or more;(6)Voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

排除标准：①患有严重的躯体疾病而无能力自理的老年人；②有精神病史或存在 认知障碍；③有语言功能障碍或听力损伤。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion Criteria: (1) with severe physical illness who have no self care ability; (2) have a history of mental illness or cognitive impairment; (3) have speech or hearing impairment.
