评估阈值吸气肌训练在老年肺癌术后早期应用的有效性  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effectiveness of threshold inspiratory muscle training in elderly patients with lung cancer early after surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①术前病理诊断为肺癌或高度怀疑肺癌，首次行胸腔镜肺段、肺叶切除术；②心、肺功能检查可以耐受手术；③年龄≥65岁；④能独立行走；⑤病人能正确使用阈值压力负荷吸气肌训练器

Inclusion criteria

1.If the preoperative pathological diagnosis was lung cancer or highly suspected lung cancer, thoracoscopic segmentectomy or lobectomy was performed for the first time. 2. Heart and lung function tests can tolerate surgery; 3. age >=65 years old; 4. able to walk independently; 5. patients could use the threshold pressure load inspiratory muscle trainer correctly.

排除标准：

①曾接受过新辅助治疗；②曾接受过胸部手术以及每天使用镇痛剂；③参与其他干预性研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. received neoadjuvant therapy; 2.chest surgery and daily use of analgesics; 3.Participating in other intervention studies.

采用区组随机化方法，设置以4为大小的区块组，由一名不参与本研究的人员使用SAS软件生成随机列表，采用先来先入组的原则，因此患者无论来自哪个医院都会被随机分组，按照1:1的比例将患者随机分配到干预组和对照组中并完成基线的评估

The randomization was performed with the use of block randomization in blocks of four, and the randomization list was generated with the use of SAS software by an investigator who was not involved in the study. Patients were randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to the intervention group or the control group, regardless of the hospital, and baseline assessments were completed
