研究目的：

1、找出并验证慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉中自噬相关的特异性基因。 2、进一步探究慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉疾病的发病机制 3、探索慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉疾病自噬相关的的潜在作用靶点翻译  

Objectives of Study：

1.Identify and validate autophagy-related specific genes in chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps. 2.Further explore the pathogenesis of chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps. 3.Explore the potential autophagy-related therapeutic targets in chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

入组实验组患者需要完全满足以下条件： （1）根据诊断标准，患者确诊为CRSwNP； （2）18-65岁，男女不限； （3）愿意接受手术治疗，能够同意方案。 入组对照组患者需要完全满足以下条件： （1）根据诊断标准，患者确诊为鼻中隔偏曲，需行鼻中隔矫正+下鼻甲成形术； （2）18-65岁，男女不限； （3）愿意接受手术治疗，能够同意方案。

Inclusion criteria

Diagnosed with a deviated nasal septum according to diagnostic criteria, requiring septoplasty; Aged between 18 and 65, with no gender restrictions; Willing to undergo surgical treatment and able to consent to the protocol.

排除标准：

排除标准 实验组患者排除标准 （1）有良/恶性鼻腔肿瘤、真菌性鼻窦炎病史； （2）手术前4周内使用鼻内或全身皮质类固醇或抗生素。 对照组患者排除标准 （1）有慢性鼻窦炎、良/恶性鼻腔肿瘤、真菌性鼻窦炎和过敏性鼻炎病史； （2）手术前4周内使用鼻内或全身皮质类固醇或抗生素。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion Criteria Exclusion criteria for patients in the experimental group: History of benign/malignant nasal tumors or fungal sinusitis; Use of intranasal or systemic corticosteroids or antibiotics within 4 weeks prior to surgery. Exclusion criteria for patients in the control group: History of chronic rhinosinusitis, benign/malignant nasal tumors, fungal sinusitis, and allergic rhinitis; Use of intranasal or systemic corticosteroids or antibiotics within 4 weeks prior to surgery.
