研究目的：

（1）本研究基于广东省学生常见病和健康影响因素监测工作开展，有助于了解广东省中小学生超重肥胖的患病及发病情况； （2）通过对广东省不同经济水平城市的中小学生开展强化家庭教育干预，评估强化家庭健康教育干预对超重肥胖学生体质指数，肥胖发病率和恢复率的影响，为广东省儿童青少年肥胖防控工作提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) The study is based on the monitoring of common diseases and health influencing factors in Guangdong Province, which is helpful to understand the prevalence and incidence of overweight and obesity among primary and middle school students in Guangdong Province. (2) To evaluate the effect of strengthening family health education intervention on body mass index and obesity incidence and recovery rates of overweight and obese students through strengthening family education intervention for primary and middle school students in cities with different economic levels in Guangdong Province, providing a scientific basis for the prevention and control of obesity in children and adolescents in Guangdong Province.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）8-17周岁的在校中小学生； （2）在学生常见病和健康影响因素监测中筛查出超重肥胖的个体； （3）学生及家长自愿参加研究且签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Primary and middle school students within the age range of 8 and 17 years. (2) Students who are screened as overweight or obese in the monitoring of common diseases and health influencing factors of students. (3) Students and their parents who voluntarily participate in the study and provide signed informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）学生及家长不愿意参与该项目； （2）因精神疾病、文化程度等客观因素无法理解及配合本次试验者； （3）患重大疾病或正在接受重大治疗（如血液透析、化疗）者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Students or parents who are unwilling to participate in the project. (2) Students or parents who cannot understand and cooperate with this trial due to objective factors such as mental disease or educational level. (3) Students who are suffering from serious disease or undergoing major treatment (i.e. hemodialysis and chemotherapy).
