研究目的：

究基于正念的认知训练改善双相障碍患者认知缺损的效果，并深入探讨其心理和神经机制，为临床双相障碍患者的治疗提供指导，有助于改善患者治疗效果和预后。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of mindfulness-based cognitive training on improving cognitive deficits in patients with bipolar disorder, and to further explore its psychological and neural mechanisms, so as to provide guidance for the treatment of clinical patients with bipolar disorder, and help to improve the treatment effect and prognosis of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄16周岁以上，男女不限，门诊或住院患者； （2）经自我报告或医疗记录、当前或既往诊断为双相情感障碍； （3）具有九年级以上文化水平； （4）受试者自愿参加本试验并签署知情同意书，且能够遵守研究程序；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients over the age of 16, male or female, outpatient or inpatient; (2) A current or previous diagnosis of bipolar disorder based on self-report or medical records; (3) have a ninth grade or above cultural level; (4) The subjects voluntarily participate in the experiment and sign the informed consent, and can comply with the study procedures;

排除标准：

（1）精神状况不稳定无法接受调查者； （2）严重不稳定的躯体疾病、认知障碍等无法接受调查者； （3）无法使用智能手机或其他因素致无法完成调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The mental state is unstable and cannot be accepted by investigators; (2) Serious unstable physical diseases, cognitive disorders, etc., cannot be accepted by investigators; (3) Unable to use smart phones or other factors to complete the survey.
