研究目的：

研究目的是调查家长对12-14 岁女孩HPV 疫苗接种不同补贴模式的偏好。次要目标是调查家长在不同 HPV 疫苗接种补贴模式下为女儿接种疫苗的意愿以及相关的行为和社会驱动因素。这项研究将为中国完善 HPV 疫苗接种补贴政策、实现宫颈癌消灭战略提供证据和建议。  

Objectives of Study：

Our main objective is to investigate parental preference of various types of HPV vaccination subsidy for girls aged 12-14 in China. A secondary objective is to investigate parental intention for vaccinating their girl children under different HPV vaccination subsidy types, and related behavioral and social drivers. This study would provide evidence for developing the optimal subsidy type of HPV vaccination and its adoption in more areas in China.

调查：采用多阶段分层抽样方法，在每个城市，根据社会经济地位选择若干社区，在选中社区随机抽取12-14岁女孩的家长进行调查。 访谈：根据目的抽样方法，每个城市大约选取12 名女孩家长进行面对面访谈。

Sampling for survey participants: A multi-stage stratified sampling method was used. In each city, several communities were selected based on socioeconomic status, and parents of girls aged 12-14 years were randomly selected from the selected communities for the survey. Interviewee sampling: According to purpose sampling, semi-structured interview will be conducted with about 12 parents of girls aged 13-14 years in each city.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

我们将通过定性访谈、离散选择试验及定量调查收集家长对12-14岁女孩HPV疫苗接种补贴模式的偏好及接种意愿。 离散选择试验及定量调查：我们将在社区协助下，征得每位调查对象的知情同意后开展调查。调查问卷的二维码提供给目标女生家长填写，该二维码可通过智能移动设备访问。 定性访谈：研究人员将对每位受访者进行半结构化访谈，访谈过程将由录音设备进行数据录音，随后转换成文本。 数据管理将按照复旦大学要求进行管理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

We will collect data by qualitative interview, DCE and quantitative surveys. DCE and quantitative surveys: Informed consent will be obtained from each respondent. The QR code of survey questionnaire will be provided to targeting girls’ parents and the code can be accessed by smart mobile device. Qualitative interview:A semi-structured interview will be conducted by researchers for each interviewee. Interview process will be digitally recorded by voice recorder and later converted into text. Data management will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of Fudan University.
