研究目的：

基于结肠镜检查前、后患者机体代谢改变和现代食品营养/食品工程技术，设计营养代餐粉替代普通饮食和传统禁食手段，结合ERAS理念将患者的禁食时间缩短至检查前2h，对比新型营养代餐粉及优化进食时间方案对患者肠道准备质量、检查后肠功能恢复、患者满意度、舒适度及护理工作量的影响，以期为进行结肠镜检查的患者提供更多、更优化、更合适的饮食准备方案。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the metabolic changes of patients before and after colonoscopy and modern food nutrition/food engineering technology, the nutritional meal replacement powder was designed to replace regular diet and traditional fasting methods. The fasting time for patients is shortened to 2 hours before the examination based on the ERAS concept. The observe the effects of new nutritional meal replacement powder and the optimized fasting timing plan on the quality of bowel preparation, intestinal function recovery, patient satisfaction, comfort, and nursing workload. The aim is to provide more, optimized, and suitable dietary preparation plans for patients undergoing colonoscopy.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）首次行结肠镜且无饮食限制及控制的患者； （2）18岁≤年龄≤80岁； （3）签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Patients who are undergoing colonoscopy for the first time without any dietary restrictions; (2)Ages ranging from 18 to 80 years old; (3) Those who have signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）孕妇或哺乳期妇女； （2）严重的心脏、肾脏、肺部及肝脏疾病； （3）严重电解质紊乱者； （4）肠梗阻、中毒性巨结肠、严重的炎症性肠病； （5）严重消化道大出血者（Hb<70g/L）； （6）既往腹部大手术易引起肠粘连者（如结肠癌切除术、肝移植术、胰腺炎 外科术）； （7）已发现结肠息肉、腺瘤等病变，本次以治疗为目的行结肠镜操作者； （8）拒绝使用聚乙二醇电解质散洗肠液者； （9）无法行体成分检测者； （10）本临床试验研究相关人员。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; (2) Severe heart, kidney, lung, or liver diseases; (3)Severe electrolyte disorders; (4)Intestinal obstruction, toxic megacolon, severe inflammatory bowel disease; (5)Severe gastrointestinal bleeding (Hb < 70g/L); (6) Those with a history of major abdominal surgery that could easily lead to intestinal adhesions (such as colectomy for colon cancer, liver transplantation, pancreatic surgery); (7)Those with identified colon polyps, adenomas, or other lesions who are undergoing colonoscopy for treatment purposes; (8)Those who refuse to use polyethylene glycol electrolyte solution for bowel cleansing; (9)Those who cannot undergo body composition testing; (10) Those who are related to this clinical trial study.

受试者检查前一日早餐为自备低渣饮食，中午、晚餐及晚10点初次洗肠后加餐使用营养代餐粉，检查当日6点（上午肠镜者）或10点（下午肠镜者）前服用完清流质代餐粉，此后禁饮。

Intervention：

Subjects had a low-residue meal prepared by themselves for breakfast the day before the examination. The nutritional supplement powder was used for lunch, dinner and last-night snack at 10 p.m., and liquid meal replacement powder was taken before 6 o 'clock ( for those colonoscopy in the morning) or 10 o 'clock ( for those colonoscopy in the afternoon) on the day of the examination, after which the were not allowed to consume any more liquids.

The patients were given a list of low-residue diet options. Patients should consume their own prepared low-residue diet for breakfast, lunch and dinner the day before the examination. They were fasted after 10 p.m. on the day before the examination, and no drinking is allowed after 6 a.m. ( colonoscopy at morning) or 10 p.m. (colonoscopy at afternoon) on the day of the examination.
