研究目的:

利用人工智能技术,基于脑梗死病灶不同时期在头颅MRI不同序列的不同特点构建深度学习模型,以评估WUS患者的发病时间来指导再灌注治疗。  

Objectives of Study:

Using artificial intelligence technology, a deep learning model is constructed based on the different characteristics of MRI in different periods to evaluate the onset time of WUS patients to guide reperfusion therapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.年龄≥18岁;
2.符合《中国急性缺血性脑卒中诊治指南2018》诊断标准,并经头颅电子计算机断层扫描(Computer tomography, CT)或头颅核磁共振成像(Magnetic resonance imaging, MRI)证实;
3.发病24小时内入院,并且在发病24小时内完善头颅MRI检查;

Inclusion criteria

1.Age ≥18 years;
2.It meets the diagnostic criteria of China Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018, and has been confirmed by Computer computed tomography (CT) or Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI);
3.The patient was admitted to the hospital within 24 hours of onset, and the MRI examination was completed within 24 hours of onset;

排除标准:

1.有脑出血及其他出血性疾病者;
2.发病时间不明确,或者未正确记录发病时间;
3.头颅MRI检查是在再灌注治疗之后完成的;
4.头颅MRI检查的序列不完整;

Exclusion criteria:

1.Patients with cerebral hemorrhage and other bleeding diseases;
2.The time of onset is not clear, or the time of onset is not recorded correctly;
3.The MRI was performed after reperfusion therapy;
4.The sequence of MRI examinations was incomplete;
