研究目的：

⑴探究cN0期PTMC患者外周血中三个分子标志物（FN1、MT-1F和TFF3）的表达水平与中央区淋巴结转移的相互关系。 ⑵探究组织标本中癌组织及癌旁组织中三个分子标志物（FN1、MT-1F和TFF3）表达水平是否存在差异性表达。 ⑶探究模型组中分子标志物（FN1、MT-1F和TFF3）表达水平与中央区淋巴结转移的相互关系。 ⑷建立并验证分子预测模型及混合预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Investigate the correlation between the expression levels of three molecular markers (FN1, MT-1F, and TFF3) in the peripheral blood of cN0 stage PTMC patients and the occurrence of central lymph node metastasis. (2) Explore whether there are differential expressions of three molecular markers (FN1, MT-1F, and TFF3) in cancer tissues and adjacent non-cancerous tissues in tissue samples. (3) Investigate the relationship between the expression levels of molecular markers (FN1, MT-1F, and TFF3) in the model group and the presence of central lymph node metastasis. (4) Establish and validate a molecular prediction model as well as a combined prediction model.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

所有患者术前一般情况良好，无影响手术及预后的重大器官疾病；术前均行颈部彩超，无中央区淋巴结转移可疑征象，术后均有病理报告；所有患者入组前均签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

All patients were in general good condition before surgery, without any significant organ diseases that could affect the surgery or prognosis. All patients underwent preoperative neck color Doppler ultrasound, which showed no suspicious signs of central lymph node metastasis. Pathological reports were available for all patients after surgery. All patients signed informed consent forms before enrollment.

排除标准：

有重大疾病史，术前检查提示有中央区淋巴结转移

Exclusion criteria：

A history of major illnesses was present, and preoperative examinations indicated the presence of central lymph node metastasis.
