研究目的：

(1)确定肺移植术后房性心律失常的发生率。 (2)探讨肺移植术后发生房性心律失常的潜在危险因素。 (3)分析房性心律失常对肺移植患者预后的影响,包括对死亡率和住院时间的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To determine the incidence of atrial arrhythmias after lung transplantation. (2) To investigate the potential risk factors for atrial arrhythmias after lung transplantation. (3) To analyze the impact of atrial arrhythmias on the prognosis of lung transplant patients, including the impact on mortality and length of hospital stay.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄≥18岁； (2)于我院接受肺移植手术患者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age ≥ 18 years; (2) Patients who underwent lung transplantation at our hospital.

排除标准：

(1)接受心肺联合移植的患者； (2)接受再移植的患者； (3)术后随访资料不完整,主要数据缺失或其他数据缺失大于20%。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients undergoing combined heart-lung transplantation; (2) Patients who received retransplantation; (3) Incomplete postoperative follow-up data with missing primary data or other data missing greater than 20%.
