研究目的：

本研究拟通过回顾性队列研究，比较胃肠道肿瘤手术患者术后转入AICU与PACU对患者术后并发症的影响，评价此类患者入住AICU的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study was intended to compare the effects of postoperative transfer to AICU and PACU in patients undergoing gastrointestinal tumor surgery on postoperative complications through a retrospective cohort study, and to evaluate the effectiveness of admission to AICU for such patients.

纳入标准：

1. 胃肠道肿瘤手术患者且年龄≥18岁、性别不限； 2. ASA分级Ⅰ—Ⅲ级。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with gastrointestinal tumor surgery, age ≥18 years old and gender unlimited; 2. ASA status I - III.

排除标准：

1. 临床电子病历不完整者； 2. 术后转入ICU或直接转回普通病房者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The clinical electronic medical record is incomplete; 2. Patients transferred to ICU or directly back to the general ward after surgery.
