研究目的：

本研究旨在对精神科护士应用CICARE标准化沟通联合反馈式教育法模式对稳定期双相情感障碍患者应用效果的研究，为在临床工作中更好地改善患者预后提供新的思路。通过沟通模式的实施，提高患者的治疗依从性，从而改善日常或能力、社会适应能力及沟通能力，降低患者的复发率，减轻家庭及社会的经济负担。同时，培养护士沟通能力和评判性思维能力，提高护士的工作效率和服务质量，节约护士时间；将常规的护患沟通内容，转化为标准化、流程化的护患沟通方案，可操作性、可重复性较强；此外方案的实施依托并融入护士日常工作中，护士更容易接受并落实，直到形成一种科室服务文化。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of CICARE standardized communication and feedback education method applied by psychiatric nurses to patients with bipolar disorder in stable period. In order to improve the prognosis of patients in clinical work to provide a new idea. Through the implementation of communication mode, improve patients' treatment compliance, so as to improve daily or ability, social adaptability and communication ability, reduce the recurrence rate of patients, and reduce the economic burden of family and society. At the same time, to train nurses' communication ability and critical thinking ability, improve nurses' work efficiency and service quality, and save nurses' time; the routine nurse-patient communication content is transformed into standardized and process-oriented nurse-patient communication scheme, with strong operability and repeatability; in addition, the implementation of the program is based on and integrated into the daily work of nurses, which is easier for nurses to accept and implement until a department service culture is formed.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合“疾病和有关健康问题的国际统计分类第十版”ICD-10中双相情感障碍诊断标准；
2.病情处于缓解期，杨氏躁狂评定量表（Young manic rating scale）评分0-12分，汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）24项版评分0-35分；
3.年龄18~60岁；
4.初中及以上文化程度；
5.试验前，受试者完全了解研究内容和意义，患者本人及家属了解患者入院时病情的严重程度，是否自愿参与本研究，取得监护人及其家属知情同意，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for bipolar disorder in the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems, 10th Edition ICD-10;
2.In remission, Young's Mania Rating Scale (Young manic rating scale) 0-12, Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) 24-item scale 0-35;
3.Age: 18-60 years;
4.Junior high school education or above;
5.Before the trial, the subjects fully understood the content and significance of the study, the patients themselves and their families understood the severity of the patient's condition when they were admitted to the hospital, and whether they voluntarily participated in the study. Obtain the informed consent of the guardian and his/her family, and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.痴呆、精神发育不全；
2.脑器质性疾病者；
3.存在语言障碍和听力障碍；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Dementia, mental hypoplasia;
2.Brain organic disease;
3.Presence of speech and hearing impairments;
