通过随机对照试验，探究自我管理支持动态适配干预的有效性  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of the dynamic adaptation intervention for self-management support through a randomized controlled trial

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

纳入标准：①60岁及以上的社区常住居民，且接下来6个月会居住该社区；②内在能力任意一个维度及以上受损；③能够使用智能手机，或经过培训学会使用智能手机；④自愿参与本研究，并签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ① Community residents aged 60 years and above who will live in the community for the next 6 months; ② Impairment in any one or more dimensions of intrinsic ability; ③ Able to use a smartphone or have learned to use a smartphone through training; ④ Voluntarily participate in this study and sign a written informed consent.

排除标准：

排除标准：①有明显重大疾病，如恶性癌症、严重心脑血管疾病、需要进行重大器官移植手术等影响自我管理行为和后续跟踪随访；②内在能力五个维度中有任一维度严重受损，其中认知维度MMSE评分≤9分，心理功能维度GDS-30≥21分，运动能力SPPB评分<7分，活力状况MAN-SF评分<8分，听力状况HHIE-S≥24分，视力状况Landolt C测量视力较好眼的最佳矫正视力<0.3；③居住地无互联网；④正在参加其它健康相关干预实验研究。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: ① Having obvious major diseases, such as malignant cancer, serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and the need for major organ transplantation surgery, which affect self-management behavior and follow-up; ② Any of the five dimensions of intrinsic ability is severely impaired, including cognitive dimension MMSE score ≤ 9 points, psychological function dimension GDS-30 ≥ 21 points, motor ability SPPB score < 7 points, vitality status MAN-SF score < 8 points, hearing status HHIE-S ≥ 24 points, and visual status Landolt C measurement of the better eye's best corrected visual acuity < 0.3; ③ There is no Internet in the place of residence; ④ Participating in other health-related intervention experimental studies.

由不参与项目实施的统计学专业人员根据计算机SPSS 26.0产生随机序列，依次编秩，规定随机数字秩次为1~64的研究对象分配至干预组，65~128的研究对象分配至对照组。

A statistical professional who was not involved in the implementation of the project generated a random sequence using SPSS 26.0 and ranked them in sequence. The subjects with a random number rank of 1 to 64 were assigned to the intervention group, and the subjects with a random number rank of 65 to 128 were assigned to the control group.

盲法：

对干预结局评估人员和研究对象实施盲法，干预组和对照组虽然知道自己将接受居家机器人提供的自我管理支持干预，但并不知道自己接受的干预规则（前提为获取参与者知情同意）。由于干预的特殊性，研究实施人员未实施盲法。

Blinding：

The intervention outcome assessors and research subjects were blinded. Although the intervention group and the control group knew that they would receive self-management support intervention provided by the home robot, they did not know the intervention rules they received (prerequisite: informed consent from the participants). Due to the particularity of the intervention, the research implementers were not blinded.
