研究目的：

针对当前膝骨关节炎发病率增高、发病机制不清、危害患者身心健康、但治疗方式单一的情况，本研究全方位多角度分析患者的发病原因以及发病特点，以预防膝骨关节炎、个性化定制膝骨关节炎康复方案，最大可能地恢复患者身心健康为目标  

Objectives of Study：

In view of the increasing incidence of osteoarthritis of the knee, the unclear pathogenesis, the danger to the physical and mental health of patients, and the single treatment modality, this study analyzes the causes of the onset of the disease and the characteristics of the disease from all angles, with the goal of preventing osteoarthritis of the knee and personalizing osteoarthritis of the knee rehabilitation programs to maximize the recovery of the physical and mental health of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①确诊为膝骨关节炎的患者。 ②可独立步行或拄拐可步行，能配合测试。 ③了解实验基本流程，自愿参加。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of osteoarthritis of the knee. 2. Can walk independently or on crutches, and can cooperate with the test. 3. Understand the basic procedure of the experiment and participate voluntarily.

排除标准：

①不符合诊断及纳入标准的患者。 ②无法步行且借助辅具仍无法步行的患者。 ③认知障碍，无法配合检查。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who do not meet the diagnosis and inclusion criteria. 2. Patients who are unable to walk and still unable to walk with the aid of assistive devices. 3.Cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate with the examination.
