研究目的：

1.构建围手术期多任务风险预警工具（PM-RAT），以动态预测术后并发症风险。 2.通过INSPIRE数据集进行模型验证。 3.评估临床医生对模型预测性能的比较及其可接受性。 4.研究麻醉医生对预测结果的评价及其对临床决策的影响，包括是否采取相应操作及预后改善情况。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To construct a perioperative multi-task risk alert tool (PM-RAT) for dynamic prediction of postoperative complication risks. 2. To validate the model using the INSPIRE dataset. 3. To evaluate the comparison of clinical doctors' acceptance and assessment of the model's predictive performance. 4. Study the evaluation of anesthesiologists on prediction results and their impact on clinical decision-making, including whether corresponding actions are taken and the improvement of prognosis. 选择标准： 年龄在18岁及以上的患者。 能够提供知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Selection criteria: Patients aged 18 years and older. Able to provide written informed consent.

排除标准：

排除标准： ASA 6级。 近期内曾接受过其他重大手术。 数据不完整或缺乏随访信息的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: ASA Level 6. Undergone other major surgeries recently. Patients with incomplete data or lack of follow-up information.
