研究目的：

1.确定系统性红斑狼疮患者的自我管理需求，为提出循证问题提供依据； 2.遴选系统性红斑狼疮患者自我管理的最佳证据，为临床医务人员做出科学决策提供依据； 3.明确系统性红斑狼疮患者自我管理最佳证据总结临床转化过程中的障碍和促进因素，为构建系统性红斑狼疮患者自我管理最佳证据总结临床转化的实施策略提供依据； 4.将最佳证据应用于临床实践，以提高系统性红斑狼疮患者的自我管理能力，改善患者的生活质量，提升护理质量；  

Objectives of Study：

1. Identify the self-management needs of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus to provide a basis for asking evidence-based questions; 2. To select the best evidence of self-management in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus to provide a basis for clinical staff to make scientific decisions; 3. Identify the best evidence of self-management in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus and summarize the obstacles and promoting factors in the clinical transformation process, so as to provide a basis for constructing the implementation strategy of the best evidence of self-management in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus and summarize the clinical transformation; 4. Apply the best evidence to clinical practice to improve the self-management ability of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus, improve the quality of life of patients, and enhance the quality of care;

纳入标准：

1: 自愿签署知情同意书 2: 年龄≥18岁 3: 符合2019年欧洲风湿病协会联盟（EULAR）/美国风湿病学会 （ACR） 系统性红斑狼疮分类标准 4: 意识清楚，无认知及沟通障碍

Inclusion criteria

1: Voluntarily sign informed consent 2: Age ≥18 years 3: Meets the 2019 European Alliance of Associations for Rheumatology (EULAR)/American College of Rheumatology (ACR) classification criteria for systemic lupus Erythematosus 4: Clear awareness, no cognitive and communication disorders

排除标准：

1: 存在类风湿性关节炎等其他风湿免疫性疾病者 2: 合并癌症或其他系统严重功能障碍者 3: 既往有精神心理疾病史，或服用抗抑郁、抗焦虑类药物者 4: 经研究者判断认为不适合参与本试验的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1: People with rheumatoid arthritis and other rheumatic immune diseases 2: Patients with cancer or other severe system dysfunction 3: Have a history of mental illness, or take anti-depression, anti-anxiety drugs 4: Patients who were judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation in this trial
