研究目的：

本研究采用常压低氧环境下组合运动对超重肥胖青年女性进行干预，观察其对身体成分、心肺功能、血液相关指标、肠道菌群指标的影响，探讨该疗法对改善超重肥胖青年女性身体成分、心肺功能、血液相关指标、肠道菌群指标的可能机制，旨在为超重肥胖的防控提供实践依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we used the combination exercise in normobaric low-oxygen environment to intervene in overweight and obese young women, observed the effects on body composition, cardiorespiratory function, blood-related indexes, and intestinal flora indexes, and explored the possible mechanism of this therapy to improve the body composition, cardiorespiratory function, blood-related indexes, and intestinal flora indexes of overweight and obese young women, with the aim of providing a practical basis for the prevention and control of overweight and obesity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18岁且＜45岁的女性； ②BMI为：≥24且＜32.5； ③可以完成心肺运动试验（需由临床医生判断）； ④自愿参加本研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Females aged ≥18 and <45 years; ② BMI is: ≥24 and <32.5; ③Capable of completing cardiopulmonary exercise test (subject to clinician's judgment); ④ Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①近1个月内有肌肉骨骼外伤和急性病史； ②在干预前有持续超过6个月以上的规律运动习惯者； ③正在参与其他减重相关试验； ④急性高原反应人群； ⑤三级高血压、心律失常、冠心病等心脑血管疾病者； ⑥未有效控制的糖尿病 ⑦有哮喘等呼吸系统疾病者； ⑧服用控制体重药物者（如奥利司他、利普斯他汀、芬特明、安非他酮等）； ⑨高海拔居民，干预前6个月曾暴露于海拔1500m以上的低氧环境中； ⑩妊娠期和哺乳期妇女； ?研究者认为不适合参与试验。

Exclusion criteria：

① History of musculoskeletal trauma and acute illness within the last 1 month; ② Those who have a regular exercise habit lasting more than 6 months before the intervention; ③ Those who are participating in other weight reduction related trials; ④ People with acute plateau reaction; ⑤ People with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as tertiary hypertension, arrhythmia and coronary heart disease; (6) Diabetes mellitus that is not effectively controlled ⑦ People with respiratory diseases such as asthma; ⑧ people taking weight control drugs (e.g. orlistat, lipstatin, phentermine, bupropion, etc.); ⑨High-altitude residents, who had been exposed to low oxygen at an altitude of more than 1500m in the 6 months prior to the intervention; ⑩Pregnant and lactating women; ?Considered by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation in the trial.

盲法：

本研究由于干预措施的特殊性，不适合对患者实施盲法，仅对评价、统计人员施盲。在填写CRF表时，常压常氧组合运动组和常压低氧组合运动组分别以 A 和B表示，以确保不参与试验的第三方统计人员在进行数据统计处理时的客观性。在进行统计处理前，所有数据将由专人进行保管，数据统计结束时才会进行揭盲。

Blinding：

In this study, due to the specificity of the intervention, it was not appropriate to blind the patients, and only the evaluators and statisticians were blinded. When completing the CRF form, the normobaric normoxic combined exercise group and normobaric hypoxic combined exercise group will be denoted by A and B, respectively, in order to ensure the objectivity of third-party statisticians not involved in the trial when performing the statistical processing of the data. All data will be held by a person until statistical processing is performed, and blinding will be performed only at the end of the data count.
