研究目的:

1. 评估16周限時飲食+有氧运动作为改善向心性肥胖男性心脏代谢健康的新型干预措施的可行性; 2. 比较有氧运动和限時飲食对男性向心性肥胖患者心脏代谢健康的影响; 3. 检查限時飲食与运动和或有氧运动对男性向心性肥胖患者心脏代谢健康的影响。  

Objectives of Study:

1) To assess the feasibility of 16 weeks time-restricted feeding (TRF)+ aerobic exercise as a novel intervention to improve cardiometabolic health in males with central obesity. 2) To compare the effect of aerobic exercise and TRF on cardiometabolic health in males with central obesity. 3) To examine the effect of TRF with exercise and TRF or aerobic exercise on cardiometabolic health in males with central obesity.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1. 年龄在18-55岁之间的中国男性; 2. 向心性肥胖:BMI>24.99kg/m2且腰围>90cm; 3. 基线进食时间为每天≥ 14 小时; 4. 活动不足和高度久坐:≤ 150 分钟/周中度至剧烈运动和久坐时间≥ 8 小时/天。

Inclusion criteria

1. China men aged between 18 and 55; 2. Centripetal obesity: BMI > 24.99 kg/m2 and waist circumference > 90 cm;; 3. The baseline eating time is >= 14 hours per day; 4. Inactivity and high sedentary: <= 150 minutes/week, moderate to strenuous exercise and sedentary time >= 8 hours/day.

排除标准:

1. 进食时间短,即 <8小时/天; 2. 目前有或已知有心血管疾病或糖尿病病史; 3. 長期飲酒、吸煙; 4. 患有会影响步态和/或限制在跑步机上行走能力的疾病(关节炎)或受伤; 5. 目前正在参加减肥或体重管理计划,或正在服用任何可能影响食欲的药物的人。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Short eating time, i.e. < 8 hours/day; 2. Currently have or known history of cardiovascular disease or diabetes; 3. Long-term drinking and smoking; 4. Illness (arthritis) or injury that affects gait and/or limits the ability to walk on a treadmill; 5. Those who are currently participating in a weight loss or weight management program, or taking any medication that may affect appetite.
