明确复发性流产患者围孕期补充维生素D对降低再次流产的作用  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of vitamin D supplementation during perinatal period on reducing recurrent abortion in patients with recurrent abortion

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 年龄范围为19-40岁 2) 28周内自然流产2次及以上 3) 外周血25-羟基维生素D＜30ng/L(75nmol/L) 4) 备孕中或孕周＜7周 5) 自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1) Aged 19 - 40years 2) Two or more miscarriages with the 28th gestational week 3) peripheral blood 25-hydroxyvitamin D level <30ng/L (75nmol/L) 4) Planning to be pregnant or pregnancy within 7 gestational weeks 5) Voluntarily participating in this study and signing an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1) 夫妻之一染色体平衡易位或罗氏易位 2) 女方解剖结构异常：单角子宫、双角子宫、宫颈机能不全、黏膜子宫肌瘤； 3) 合并有高泌乳素血症未接受治疗、甲状腺功能异常未治疗、糖尿病血糖控制不佳、高血压未接受规范治疗 4) 合并肝、肾、心、肺等器官严重原发疾病不适合妊娠或者其他妊娠禁忌症； 4) 对维生素D制剂过敏

Exclusion criteria：

1) Parental karyotype abnormalities (Chromosomal balanced translocation or Robertsonian translocations) 2) Genital tract abnormalities 3) Combine hyperprolactinemia that has not been treated, thyroid dysfunction that has not been treated, poorly controlled diabetes, and uncontrolled hypertension that has not been treated according to guidelines. 4) Serious primary diseases of liver, kidney, heart, lung and other organs are not suitable for pregnancy or other pregnancy contraindication5) Patients with kidney stones, chronic constipation 4) Allergy to vitamin D preparations

1) 研究组按照目前复发性流产常规给与相应治疗，同时给予维生素D滴剂 2000IU /d，在孕前每3月进行一次25-羟基维生素D水平测定，孕早期、孕中期进行25-羟基维生素D水平测定，直到孕28周或再次流产。

According to the current routine treatment of recurrent abortion, the study group was given the corresponding treatment, at the same time, vitamin D drops were given 2000IU /d. 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels were measured every 3 months before pregnancy, and 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels were measured in the first and second trimesters until 28 weeks of pregnancy or another abortion.
