研究目的：

确定心肌炎患者中复杂临床表现型心肌炎的发生率及影响心肌炎患者预后的危险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study is to determine the incidence of complex clinical phenotypes of myocarditis in patients and to identify the risk factors influencing the prognosis of myocarditis patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥16周岁，性别不限； 2. a.确诊的心肌炎患者：包括心肌活检病理或心脏移植术后病理组织学诊断的心肌炎患者，或具有阳性的心肌坏死标记物（肌钙蛋白或肌酸激酶-MB）并符合心脏核磁心肌炎的诊断标准（路易斯湖诊断标准，见附表）；b.临床诊断的心肌炎患者：诊断标准参照2013年ESC指南发布的关于临床疑似心肌炎诊断标准。 3.签署研究知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age ≥ 16 years, no restriction on gender; 2.a. Diagnosed myocarditis patients: includes patients with myocarditis confirmed by myocardial biopsy pathology or histological diagnosis post-heart transplantation, or those with positive myocardial necrosis markers (troponin or creatine kinase-MB) meeting the cardiac MRI diagnostic criteria for myocarditis (Lake Louise criteria, see appendix); b. Clinically diagnosed myocarditis patients: diagnosis criteria refer to the clinical suspected myocarditis diagnostic criteria released by the 2013 ESC guidelines. 3.Signed informed consent form.
