研究目的：

研究全麻诱导前自主呼吸状态下腔静脉塌陷指数(IVC-CI）反映容量状态和容量反应性的可靠性；探讨诱导前IVC-CI导向输液是否可以降低诱导后低血压发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the reliability of the vena cava collapse index (IVC-CI) in spontaneous breathing before general anesthesia induction to reflect volume status and volume responsiveness; to explore whether IVC-CI guided infusion before induction can reduce the incidence of hypotension after induction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 拟在全麻下行择期手术的患者；
2. 自主呼吸的清醒患者；
3. 性别不限；
4. 年龄>18岁；
5. BMI<30 kg/m^2；
6. ASA I-II级；
7. 心功能I-II级；
8. 患者及其家属签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who are planning to undergo elective surgery under general anesthesia;
2. Conscious patients who breathe spontaneously;
3. Gender is not limited;
4. Aged > 18 years;
5. BMI < 30 kg/m^2;
6. ASA Grade I-II;
7. Cardiac function I-II grade;
8. Patients and their families signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 外周血管疾病；
2. 严重的心血管疾病；
3. 腹内压增高；
4. 自主神经系统紊乱；
5. 困难气道；
6. 不能耐受补液治疗者；
7. 精神异常；
8. 有中心静脉置管和动脉穿刺禁忌症者；
9. B超下腔静脉显示不清者；
10. 超声测量IVCD，三个图像中的任意两个图像间IVCmax的差值超过0.2 cm；
11. 使用血管紧张素受体阻断剂或血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂；
12. 呼吸窘迫；
13. 诱导前平均动脉压（MAP）小于70 mmHg。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Peripheral vascular disease;
2. Severe cardiovascular disease;
3. Increased intra-abdominal pressure;
4. Autonomic nervous system disorder;
5. Difficult airway;
6. Those who cannot tolerate fluid replacement therapy;
7. Mental disorders;
8. Contraindications for central venous catheterization and arterial puncture;
9. B-ultrasonic inferior vena cava unclear display;
10. Ultrasound measurement of IVCD, between any two of the three images The difference of IVCmax exceeds 0.2 cm;
11. Use angiotensin receptor blockers or angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors;
12. Respiratory distress;
13. Mean arterial pressure (MAP) before induction is less than 70 mmHg.
