主要目的：通过收集重症肌无力患者临床病历资料及外周血标本、胸腺切除术中胸腺组织标本，进一步明确胸腺瘤在重症肌无力中的病理生理机制。 次要目的：研究重症肌无力患者胸腺切除术后的预后和临床特征。  

Objectives of Study：

Main objective: To further clarify the pathophysiological mechanism of thymoma in myasthenia gravis by collecting clinical medical records, peripheral blood samples, and thymic tissue samples during thymectomy. Secondary objective: To investigate the prognosis and clinical characteristics of patients with myasthenia gravis after thymectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 在具有典型ＭＧ临床特征（波动性肌无力）的基础上，满足以下３点中的任意一点：新斯的明试验阳性；低频重复电刺激阳性；血清抗ＡＣｈＲ 等抗体阳性；同时需排除其他疾病后诊断的MG病人； (2) 知晓研究内容后同意参加；

Inclusion criteria

On the basis of the typical clinical features of MG (fluctuating muscle weakness), any of the following 3 points are satisfied: positive neostigmine test; positive for low-frequency repetitive electrical stimulation; Positive serum antibodies such as anti-AChR; MG patients diagnosed after exclusion of other diseases should also be required; Agree to participate in the study after knowing the content of the study

排除标准：

(1) 诊断不明确患者； (2) 严重焦虑、抑郁和精神分裂症； (3) 预计依从性较差；

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with an unclear diagnosis; severe anxiety, depression, and schizophrenia; Poor adherence is expected
