研究目的：

1.纳布啡复合丙泊酚运用于老年无痛胃镜检查时，药物有效剂量研究。 2.研究纳布啡运用于老年无痛胃镜检查中，观察其对呼吸循环等不良事件发生情况、术后恢复情况的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Effective drug dosage study of nalbuphine combined with propofol when utilized for painless gastroscopy in the elderly. 2.Study the application of nalbuphine in painless gastroscopy in the elderly to observe its influence on the occurrence of adverse events such as respiratory circulation and postoperative recovery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.择期行无痛胃镜检查的老年患者，年龄65-80岁； 2.体重指数BMI18～25kg/m2，ASAⅡ-Ⅲ级； 3.性别不限，自愿受试并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Elderly patients, aged 65-80 years, scheduled for elective painless gastroscopy; 2.Body mass index BMI 18-25kg/m2, ASA II-III; 3.Gender is not limited, voluntary subjects and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.严重心肺肝肾脑功能障碍; 2.大豆、牛奶、丙泊酚、舒芬太尼或局麻药物过敏史; 3.酗酒或药物依赖史; 4.严重视听障碍或其他因素导致沟通困难者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe dysfunction in cardiopulmonary,liver,kidney and brain;
2. History of allergy to soy, milk, propofol, sufentanil or local anesthetic drugs;
3. History of alcohol abuse or drug dependence;
4. Severe audiovisual impairment or other factors lead to communication difficulties.
