研究目的：

建立一个基于规范化治疗的ARDS专病队列数据库，采集ARDS诊断、治疗及预后的全程数据，同时建立ARDS生物样本库，开展ARDS真实世界研究，探究影响ARDS患者预后的高危因素及个体化诊疗策略，为后续高质量的临床研究提供证据，并进一步提升ARDS患者诊疗和临床路径规范化。  

Objectives of Study：

Establish an ARDS specialized team database based on standardized treatment, collect comprehensive data on ARDS diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis, concurrently establish an ARDS biospecimen bank, conduct real-world research on ARDS, explore high-risk factors influencing the prognosis of ARDS patients and individualized diagnostic and therapeutic strategies, provide evidence for subsequent high-quality clinical research, and further enhance the standardization of ARDS patient diagnosis, treatment, and clinical pathways

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁；
2.符合ARDS 2023年全球新定义诊断标准；
3.患者或家属签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 18 years and above;
2.With diagnostic criteria of the new global definition of ARDS in 2023;
3.Patients or their family members sign the informed consent form;

排除标准：

1.同时参与其他探索性临床研究的患者； 2.妊娠期、哺乳期女性或可能处于妊娠中的女性； 3.肿瘤晚期或恶病质的患者（预期生存期不超过3月）； 4.患者或家属拒绝签署知情同意书

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients concurrently participating in other exploratory clinical studies; 2.Pregnant, lactating women, or women who may be pregnant; 3.Patients with advanced cancer or cachexia (expected survival of less than 3 months; 4. The patient or family member refuses to sign the informed consent form
